VOTING / WORKSHOP
In a joint workshop, we discuss the entire project from start to finish: hardware, software, procurement, implementation, service, and so on. This is less about technical details and more about understanding your ideas and identifying possible solutions.
PLANNING / CREATION
SPECIFICATIONS
Based on the previous workshop, we translate the agreed steps into binding deadlines, clear technical specifications and measurable parameters. This makes it easier for us to work with you later to determine whether the agreed services have been provided on time or whether there is a need for improvements.


RELEASE
Once we have discussed the planning and specifications together, you can give your approval. This makes the order binding and we start with the implementation.
PLANNING THE ROLL-OUT
We are planning in detail how the conversion will take place: By when will the required materials be delivered? Which technicians will be deployed? When will the conversion take place? What preparatory work must be completed by when? What documentation is required?


ROLL-OUT
We normally use the first conversions to train the technicians and answer their questions. We then increase the pace in order to complete the roll-out quickly and on schedule. Our live reporting gives you an overview of the current status of the work at all times.
ACCEPTANCE
DOCUMENTATION
Immediately after implementation, we document in detail for each location which work we have carried out, which materials have been used and what needs to be taken into account for each location.


ACCEPTANCE
We ask you to accept the work carried out on the basis of the acceptance documentation.
REVISION DOCUMENTS
After acceptance by you, we prepare detailed inspection documents so that a comprehensive description is available for each location, even in the event of a change of personnel or service providers.


SERVICE & SUPPORT
If, contrary to expectations, a problem should arise, we will of course be on the spot quickly – regardless of whether it is a warranty claim, which we will handle quickly and competently for you, or a problem caused by external circumstances, which we will also rectify immediately.
STOCK & PROCUREMENT
1500 m² of storage space is available to build up your service pool. We store, inventory and report your material stocks and guarantee high availability at the POS through intelligent warehousing and strategically distributed service warehouses.
